本项目业主红鹤集团是品牌咨询行业翘楚，目前已发展成为中国杰出的品牌营销集团之一。作为一个“智库型”企业，知识是其基石，密集的思维碰撞也是其日常。太湖石也称学者石，充满文化意涵，与企业形象不谋而合，而充满活力的工作模式也似太湖石肌理中生机黯然的微环境。由此，我们提出“太湖石”作为统领设计的空间概念。

Flamingo Group, the Client of this project, is a leader in the brand consulting industry and has developed into one of the outstanding brand marketing groups in China. As a "think tank" enterprise, knowledge is its cornerstone, and intensive thinking collision is also its daily routine. Taihu stone is also known as scholar stone, full of cultural implications, and corporate image happens to coincide, and full of vitality of the work mode is also like Schola stone texture in the vitality of the micro environment. Therefore, we put forward the "Schola Stone" as the leading design space concept.

我们试图将太湖石的自然形态归纳成模数化的建筑空间，并赋予其办公空间的实用功能。太湖石 “透，漏，皱，瘦”的自然形态指导我们去营造空间：开放-围合，洞穿-蜿蜒，扩散-聚集。加入人的活动后，更呈现出有趣的空间效果。

We try to summarize the natural form of Scholar Stone into a modular architectural space and give it the practical function of office space. Schola Stone's natural form of "transparent, leaky, wrinkled, thin" guides us to create space: open-enclosed, perforated-meaning, diffusion-gathered. After adding people's activities, it presents an interesting spatial effect.

项目位于北京上东双子座，设计面积490平方米。入口处布置办公大厅与会议区，结合绝佳的窗景，在此处打造复合功能的“红鹤客厅”。

The project is located in Upper East Twin Tower ,Beijing, with a design area of 490 square meters. The office hall and meeting room are arranged around the entrance, and combined with the excellent window view, a multi-functional "flamingo living room" is created here.

功能定位上，“红鹤客厅”作为枢纽空间连接左右工区及会议室，茶水间。设计手法上，通过设置地景台阶，将交通踏步，洽谈区休息座椅，下沉围炉，临窗冥想室串联进整个空间。进门处设置松树景观，作为空间精神堡垒，在不影响空间通透性的同时保证了洽谈区的私密性。

In terms of function, the "Flamingo Living Room" serves as a hub space to connect the left and right work areas, meeting rooms, and Pantry. In terms of design method, by setting up landscape steps, traffic steps, seminar room seats, sunken fireplaces, and window-facing meditation rooms are connected into the entire space. The pine tree landscape is set at the entrance, as a spiritual fortress of the space, which ensures the privacy of the negotiation area without affecting the permeability of the space.

在外窗和红鹤客厅之间设置可开合隔断门。门关上时，临窗形成静谧的冥想室和卧趟休息区。通过几步台阶到达下沉冥想室，冥想室内结合窗满铺松鳞和半人高的植物。让走进这里坐下的人踩上自然的土壤，穿过花丛，置身在充盈的自然环境中，从办公场景中抽离出来。

An openable partition door is set between the exterior window and the flamingo living room. When the door is closed, the window forms a quiet meditation room and sleeping area. It takes a few steps to reach the sunken meditation room, which combines windows with pine scales and half-height plants. Let the people who walk in and sit down step on the natural soil, walk through the flowers, be in the abundant natural environment, and get out of the office scene.

大厅一侧设置讲座区，配有电视屏幕及写字板，红鹤客厅地景台阶座位延伸至会议室外侧围绕讲座区，在讲座时员工可围坐在周围形成可容纳30人的临时会议厅。

A lecture area is set up on one side of the hall, equipped with a TV screen and a writing board. The flamingo living room landscape steps extend to the outside of the conference room to surround the lecture area. During lectures, employees can sit around to form a temporary conference hall that can accommodate 30 people.

会议室外墙在视线高度以下区域采用透明玻璃隔断，将更多阳光引入狭长的走道，同时在不打扰会议室的前提下降会议室占用情况很自然的告诉来访者。木质吊顶从大厅延续绕空间西侧，形成一个挖洞空间，茶水间便坐落于此。从红鹤客厅延伸过来的座椅在此变成茶水间的休息区。

The exterior wall of the conference room is partitioned by transparent glass in the area below the line of sight, bringing more sunlight into the long and narrow aisle, and at the same time reducing the occupancy of the conference room on the premise of not disturbing the conference room, naturally telling visitors. The wooden ceiling continues from the hall to the west side of the space, forming a hollow space where the pantry is located. The chairs extending from the flamingo living room are turned into a rest area in the pantry.

我们在开放办公区设置了大量的讨论区，以满足业主高讨论频次的需求。讨论区的形式多样：结合工位设置写字板，站立写字区，独处间（小型讨论间）等。

We have set up a large number of discussion areas in the open office area to meet the needs of owners with high frequency of discussion. There are various forms of discussion areas: writing boards combined with workstations, standing writing areas, solitude rooms (small discussion rooms), etc.

在材质的选择上为了打造宜人交互的办公空间，大胆的在入口大面积的使用了大量原木元素，与入口景致和窗外的自然景观一道形成颇有东方质朴的空间基调。

In terms of material selection, in order to create a pleasant and interactive office space, a large number of timber elements are boldly used at the entrance, which together with the entrance scene and the natural landscape outside the window form a rather oriental and rustic space tone.

地面则使用了中灰色亚麻地板延展至各个办公区，与立面顶面的木色和白色元素既是对峙相逢的碰撞关系也是凸显景致的和谐底色。同时我们合理的复用了业主保留的旧家具及老木头，和谐的和新空间共存。

On the ground, a medium gray Linoleum is used to extend to each office area. The timber color and white elements on the top surface of the fa?ade are not only a confrontational collision relationship, but also a harmonious background color that highlights the scenery. At the same time, we reasonably reuse the old furniture and old wood retained by the owner, and harmoniously coexist with the new space
