办公大楼：有趣的层叠结构立面，从不同的方向创造了不同的建筑观感

柏林高层建筑的一个基本特征是，像这里一样，在城市网格中独立存在。虽然这阻碍了城市典型天际线的形成，但它使城市的壮丽景色和从远处可以看到的感觉成为可能。

An essential feature of Berlin high-rise buildings is, as here, the free-standing in the urban grid. Although this prevents the formation of a city-typical skyline, it enables magnificent views over the city and a perception that can be seen from afar.

STREAM的创意方案是用蜿蜒向上折叠的混凝土条状结构来构造大型建筑，使大型外墙表面产生光学折射，增加了大都市的规模。

The creative solution for the STREAM was the structuring of the large building with a meandering, upwardly folding concrete strip structure, which causes optical refraction of the large facade surfaces and adds to the metropolitan scale.

水平移动创造了露台和凉廊，将住宅与城市连接起来。有趣的折叠结构从不同的方向创造了不同的建筑观感，从而有助于城市空间的活力。

The horizontal movements create terraces and loggias that connect the house with the city. The playful folding structure creates from different directions different perceptions of the building and thus contributes to the vitality of the urban space.

建筑内部的材料由裸露的混凝土和木材组成，从而为未来的使用形成一个坚实的基础设施。

The material inside the building is composed of exposed concrete and wood, thus forming a solid infrastructure f   or future uses.
