Project Manager (PM)项目经理 –
You are mainly responsible for:
1. Be designed by Dietrich to manage the administrative and technical responsibilities of our contract.
2. Establish and maintain all the contractual arrangements and obligations
3. Obtain with assistance all necessary permits, licenses required
4. Direct or monitor compliance with building codes and other regulations.
5. Oversee the progress of construction activities
6. Track and control the construction costs of projects etc.
You are required to have:
1. Bachelor degree or above in structure, engineering or relevant majors
2. Min. 5 years working experiences in project management of building construction. The experiences in residential area are preferred.
3. Strong capabilities in programming, management of schedule and budget of projects and coordination with relevant government departments, contractor etc.
4. Excellent capabilities in decision making and trouble shooting
5. Excellent written and oral English
6. Good computer skills, familiar with relevant project management software
Project Superintendent项目主管 –
You are mainly responsible for:
1. Working with the PM. Supervise the progress of the project on a daily basis while on site.
2. Oversee the delivery and use of materials, tools and equipment, quality of construction
3. Monitor the worker/ sub-contractors productivity and safety.
4. Document pertinent daily activities and maintain a running non-conformance list relating the project on site
You are required to have:
1. Bachelor degree in civil or structure;
2. Five years working experiences in technical assistance to project manager or supervision on job site especially in residential area
3. Verbal and written English skills on working knowledge English base
4. Good communication skills
5. Good computer skills
Project Engineer/ Coordinator (PE/PC) 项目工程师 –
You are mainly responsible for:
1. Assist with the documentation and execution of the responsibilities of both the PM and Superintendent.
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive “buyout” of all the material components and equipment required for the project. Included in the “buyout” shall be the coordination and logistics associated with delivering the products to the site.
3. Maintain an “as built” set of design documents to include all required addendums
4. Other tasks required by the PM and Superintendent.
You are required to have:
1. Bachelor degree in civil, structure, engineering or relevant majors
2. 1 – 3 years of working experiences in assistance of project management, especially in residential area
3. Communication skills
4. Good working knowledge of English
5. Good computer skills
