鄞州区最具有标志性的建筑之一 - 宁波鄞州区行政服务中心开放了！从2013年做整体规划竞赛起，6年来设计方案、用地历经修改，这项目凝聚了设计师们的殷殷期盼。

One of the most iconic buildings in Yinzhou District - Ningbo Yinzhou Civic Center is open! From the overall planning competition in 2013, the design and land use have been revised over the past 6 years, this project condenses countless efforts and expectations of the architects.

宁波简称“甬”，是浙江的三大经济中心之一。位于浙东，长江三角洲南翼。深水良港北仑港位于宁波东面。我们的项目 - 宁波鄞州区市民服务中心位于宁波东部新城的核心区。地理位置优越，未来开发潜力巨大。

Ningbo is referred to as“Yong”and is one of the three economic centers in Zhejiang. Located in eastern Zhejiang, the south wing of the Yangtze River Delta. Deep-water port Beilun Port is in the east of Ningbo. Our project Ningbo Yinzhou Civic Center is located in the core area of eastern Ningbo. The potential for the future development is huge.

宁波鄞州区行政服务中心位于鄞州区政府广场西南侧。地上7层，地下2层。建筑高度36.45米，总建筑面积：32935平方米。地理位置便利，便于市民进出办事。

Ningbo Yinzhou Civic Center is located at the southwest side of the Government Square of Yinzhou District. With 7 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, the building height is 36.45 meters. The total floor area is 32,935 square meters. The location is convenient for the public.

本项目设计包括人力市场、婚姻登记、交易中心、行政审批、公共服务等功能，并配备有会议室、档案室、食堂，是政府对民服务的一个服务综合体。预计中心的工作人员和日人流量分别在550人和3000人左右。行政服务中心设计窗口数量有379个。是鄞州区政府对外重要的服务中心和形象展示。

The project includes the administrative service center (including public services), the public trading center, the public affairs handling center, the agency center, a conference center, and a centralized archive center. The estimated staff amount is about 550 and daily visitor amount will be around 3000. It is an important public services center in Yinzhou District, as well as the image of govern-ment.

宁波鄞州区行政服务中心的设计秉着便民、为民、利民的核心思想，为市民创造一个现代、舒适的办事环境。并为行政服务中心工作人员创造舒适宜人的办公环境。

The design of the Civic Center is based on facilitating and benefiting people. She functions as a ser-vice complex of government by creating a pleasant and comfortable office environment for the citi-zens and civic center staffs.

玻璃幕墙的使用和楼宇内部的弧形曲线为空间注入活力，玻璃、金属、大理石与温润木材之间的碰撞，令整个空间风格现代时尚，整体气氛极具凝聚力。建筑外立面的设计使用了整体玻璃幕墙的现代设计：简洁，透明、开放，是新时代政府服务机构的最佳展示形象及象征。

The use of the glass curtain wall and the arc inside the building inject vitality into the space. The collision between glass, metal, marble and wood makes the space modern and stylish, and the at-mosphere is cohesive. The fa?ade of the building uses overall glass curtain wall: concise, transpar-ent and open, which is the symbol of the government of the new era.

在立面处理上强调大面积玻璃幕墙与百叶格栅的虚实对比，以及横向白色大理石与纵向百叶的横纵对比。没有多余的装饰物，反而给予建筑一种纯净优雅的气质。

In the fa?ade treatment, the contrast between the large-area glass curtain wall and the louver grille is emphasized. There is no extra decoration, but it gives the building a pure and elegant tempera-ment.

考虑到建筑自身功能需要，同时也作为政府对外形象的展示窗口，行政服务中心运用了现代简约的建筑设计风格。建筑形体大气简洁，富有庄重感。建筑立面设计忠实地反映建筑内部功能, 采用简单而巧妙的建筑构件横向元素, 强调虚实立面的大对比。运用玻璃幕墙和铝板百叶竖向线条设计，既满足的功能上对采光的需要，并能有效阻挡西晒，同时又形成富有韵律的建筑立面趣味，以达到建筑美观与建筑能耗之间的平衡。

Besides of its functionality of the building, the fact that serving as the government’s external image, has placed amount of consideration of to the modern design of the building. The design applies modern, simple and minimal building form. The glass box is full of a sense of solemnity. Building facade design faithfully reflects the internal functions of the building, with a simple but ingenious horizontal stone band crossing the whole building massing, emphasizing the contrast of solid and void. The use of glass curtain wall and aluminum vertical blinds, meets the need of natural lighting, as well as effectively block the western sun exposure. Both integrated together, to become the rhythmic formation of the fa?ade, and to achieve a balance between architectural beauty and build-ing energy consumption.

着力执行绿色建筑设计的原则，在建筑体块完整的基础上，运用做减法的手段，产生了大量的屋顶平台、绿化、花园的设计。强调屋顶的景观设计，以形成良好的鸟瞰效果。最终实现一个内外皆绿的建筑。

There are also efforts to implement the principles of green building design in terms of natural ven-tilation and building system. At the same time, multiple roof terraces, green roof and outdoor gar-dens have been created by subtract building massing from top down, contributing to the green building design intent. The landscape design of the roof has been emphasized to create a good bird's eye view. The result is a building that is both green inside and outside.

在七层屋顶布置大量的太阳能板。并结合立面设计意向，强调夜景灯光设计，利用灯光营造烘托出夜色经济的热闹氛围。

A large number of solar panels are placed on the roof of 7th floor. The night lighting design is em-phasized to create a lively atmosphere of the night economy.
