和祐国际医院未来作为城市及辐射周边区域的医疗中心，从传统的 以“治疗为中心”向以“健康为中心” 转变，将是一座面向全人群，适用全周期，涵盖全方位的综合大型三甲医疗综合体。

Located in Shunde, Guangdong, the project will be a large-scale medical complex for all people and across the whole life cycle. Its completion will facilitate a shift from the traditional 'treatment-led' to 'health-led' approach. 

和祐国际医院由设计团队英国杰典国际建筑设计有限公司主创设计完成，以花园式医院为理念打造绿色环保的智慧型医疗标杆。

Designed by BAI Design International Ltd, a leading design team, the hospital is a garden-style hospital that is a benchmark for green and intelligent healthcare.

设计灵感来源于顺德自古岭南水乡，河道纵横交错的特色，从而创作出的将是一个与自然共生的 花 园式 医 院 。

The design is inspired by the ancient water townscape of Shunde, with its crisscrossing rivers, resulting in a garden-style hospital that is symbiotic with nature.

孕育、生长，是自然界最美的主题。 让建筑从场地中生长出来，并融入自然体现了设计的初衷。

Nurture and growth are the most beautiful themes in nature. Allowing the building to grow out of the site and into nature reflects the original design intent.

内部融合了围合庭院、空中花园等景观节点，将阳光、空气、绿化引入到医院的内部空间，整个医院仿佛一座大型 城市花园 。

建筑的主立面沿南侧蜿蜒的水面展开，以最纯净通透且自然的方式缓缓升起，仿佛在回应着场地所独有的自然文脉。

The main fa?ade of the building unfolds along the meandering waters to the south, rising in the purest and most natural way, as if responding to the unique natural context of the site.

立面构造采用 空间网壳 这种赋有时代感的 高技派建构方式 ，将结构给人的视觉冲击和科技感发挥到极致，独特的外观带来的可辨识性创造医疗大健康领域内独有的名片。

The fa?ade is constructed in a contemporary, high-tech way using a dia-grid structure, which maximises the visual impact and technology of the structure and creates a recognisable identity in the medical and health sector.

利用国内外在降低能耗的各种成熟的技术手段及材料，打造出一个真正的零碳节能的城市客厅， 让节能科技与健康医疗并存 。屋面采用光伏/太阳能与幕墙一体化的模式， 寓意科技回归自然 的理念的同时，解决建筑部分能耗问题。

The building is a true zero-carbon, energy-efficient urban living room using a variety of proven technologies and materials from domestic and abroad to reduce energy consumption, allowing energy-efficient technology and health care to co-exist. The roof is integrated with photovoltaic/solar energy and the curtain wall, signifying the idea of technology returning to nature while solving part of the building's energy consumption problem.

我们致力于关注医疗建筑的公共性和艺术性，营造 艺术馆级的具有疗愈功能 的内部空间体验。建筑门户是充分融合了科技感和绿色节能技术的 “城市健康客厅” 。

We are committed to focusing on both the public and artistic aspects of medical architecture, creating an art gallery experience of interior spaces with healing functions. The gateway to the building is a "urban health living room" that fully integrates technology and green energy-saving strategies.

医疗综合体 将会成为未来医院发展的一种趋势，在确保医疗功能本身的安全性和前瞻性的同时，弱化边线的概念，让医疗建筑与城市、与人们的生活更加友好，更加融合，这也是为什么我们在本项目中提出 “城市健康客厅” 的理念。

The medical mall will become a trend in the future development of hospitals, ensuring the foresight of the medical function itself, while weakening the the borderline and making the medical building more friendly and integrated with the city and people's lives, which is why we have proposed the concept of "urban health living room" in this project.

与自然共生的空间布局

医院功能在规划布局上采用 “一轴、两带、三区、 八景、一画境” 的布局，让功能分布与自然能充分融合，采用纵横相连的景观轴将空间视野打开，并形成了 以绿化廊道为标识导向的主医疗 街 ，使复杂庞大的医疗分区更具辨识度。

The planning layout adopts the concept of "one axis, two belts, three zones, eight scenic views and one pictorial landscape", allowing for the full integration of functional distribution with nature, using a vertical and horizontal landscape axis to open up spatial horizons and forming a main medical street with a green corridor as a signage guide, making the complex and large medical partitions more recognisable.

通过与自然共生的建筑环境及体验式的医疗服务，营造出具有疗愈功能的空间环境，让整栋建筑成为一个可以被体会到的 健康公园 。

Through a symbiotic architectural environment with nature and experiential medical services, a spatial environment with healing functions is created, allowing the whole building to become a health park that can be experienced.

医院设计 以患者和医生协同为中心 调整功能分布，将 交通建筑的“分流量” 与 商业建筑的“多首层” 有机结合，以简洁清晰的流线服务于病患。

The design of the hospital is centred on the synergy between patients and doctors, combining the 'split flow' of a transport building with the 'multiple first floors' of a commercial building to serve patients with a clear and simple flow.

医护人员设置专用通道及室外花园休息区，医生办公室考虑自然采光，有效的减少了医护人员的负担和压力。患者候诊区域则有内庭院、空中花园及艺术长廊相伴。

The doctors' offices are designed with natural lighting in mind, effectively reducing the burden and pressure on the medical staff. The patient waiting area is accompanied by an inner courtyard, a sky garden and an art gallery.

医疗建筑始终会面临着医疗流程和医疗器械等日新月异的变革，因此建筑较为规整的格局及 模块化 更有利于适应变化带来的调整。

Medical buildings are always subject to changes in medical processes and medical equipment, so a more structured and modular building is more conducive to adapting to changes.

本项目在医疗功能布局上引入 “全生命周期建筑” 理念，规划中如“插件”式模块化医疗单元系统可随着未来功能更新而向外生长，这种多维的可生长性的构建方式更适用医疗技术革新的发展并有利于未来远期功能性的拓展。

The project introduces the concept of 'whole life building' in the layout of medical functions, such as the 'plug-in' modular medical unit system that can grow outwards as future functions are updated. This multi-dimensional and growable construction is more suitable for the development of medical technology innovation and for future functional expansion in the long term.

全生命周期健康管理

IMC国际医疗中心位于整个场地最为静谧的区域，紧邻东南侧蜿蜒的水系且有着最为开放的景观视野，将设计为一栋独立的庭院化建筑，架空廊桥连接综合楼医技区。通过领先的数字化体系为高端客户提供以 “预防-治疗-康复-健康促进” 为循环的 “全生命周期健康管理” 服务流程。

The IMC is located in the most tranquil part of the site, adjacent to the meandering water system to the south east and with the most open views, and will be designed as a freestanding courtyard building with an elevated bridge connecting the medical and technical areas of the complex.Through a leading digital system, we provide our high-end customers with a "life-cycle health management" process based on the cycle of "prevention - treatment - rehabilitation - health promotion".

我们在这里提出山水城市的理念，不仅是关于自然本身，而是希望 实现人与自然共生的愿景 ，以及与顺德城市文脉的关系，这种关系是情感上的也是文化上的共鸣。整栋建筑呈现出自然的形态， 像河流塑造空间一样 ，创造柔和的以及流动的线条，且围合出层层叠翠的院落。

Here we propose the idea of a landscape city, not only about nature itself, but the vision of symbiosis between man and nature and the relationship with the urban culture of Shunde, a relationship that is both emotionally and culturally resonant. The whole building takes on a natural form, shaping the space like a river, creating soft and flowing lines, and enclosing a cascading courtyard.

The building is more than a result, it is the origin of the city's growth, a place of health and a place of future.

和祐国际医院由美的控股出资创办，位于广东省佛山市顺德区，粤港澳大湾区核心区域。被纳入《广东省2021年重点建设正式项目计划表》的和祐国际医院，自2020年11月13日开工后，正按照国内三级甲等综合医院和国际质量认证体系最高标准加快建设，预计2024年年中可投入运营。

Heyou International Hospital, founded by Midea Holdings, is located in Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, the core area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Included in the 'Guangdong Province 2021 Major Construction Official Project Schedule', Heyou International Hospital is being built in accordance with the highest standards of domestic Grade III A Hospital and international quality certification system since construction commenced on 13 November 2020 and is expected to be ready for use in 2024.
