玻璃幕墙成本优化管控点研究及案例分析玻璃幕墙作为一种建筑外墙形态,最早出现在20世纪初的欧洲(差不多在清朝末),随后玻璃幕墙大量的应用于建筑,玻璃幕墙的应用得益于工业革命带来的新技术新材料 以及机械生产的高效率 改革开放后,随着我国经济的高速发展,玻璃幕墙进入中国,由于其通透性比较好,不会遮挡光线,不会挡住室内视野,形成内外通透的效果,受到大众的追捧,成为高档大厦的标配 玻璃幕墙施工面积大,造价高,在建安成本中占比很大,因而也逐渐被成本管理部门关注,成为成本控制及成本优化的重点之一
