 文脉梦境 

CONTEXT

热带雨林自然景观和傣族风情，佛塔寺庙与傣家竹楼、翠竹古木交相掩映，一派神圣景象。人们并不留恋北上广的繁华喧嚣，更多的保留着中国传统中对“归隐山林”的田园式生活的向往。

The tropical rain forest natural scenery and the style of the Dai people, the pagoda temple and the Dai family bamboo building, the green bamboo ancient wood are set against each other, a sacred scene. People do not miss the bustling hustle and bustle of Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, and they still retain the longing for the idyllic life of "guiyin mountain forest" in Chinese tradition.

平安西双版纳·悦景庄总建筑面积约145600㎡，容积率0.42。规划为低密度国际休闲度假旅游区，由商业街、公共服务设施、入口广场、公共交通设施和伴山生态住宅组成。

Viva villa has a total construction area of 145,600 square meters and a plot ratio of 0.42. It is planned to be a low-density international leisure and holiday tourism area, consisting of commercial streets, public service facilities, entrance squares, public transportation facilities, and Banshan ecological houses.

规划区域内地形起伏较大。大部分为山地，呈现山谷与少量平地相交错的地貌格局。规划区最大高差约100米。场地北高南低，两边高中间低，拥有较好的采光朝向和景观朝向。

The terrain in the planned area is undulating. Most of them are mountainous, showing a landform pattern where the valleys and a small amount of flat land are interlaced. The maximum height difference in the planning area is about 100 meters. The site is high in the north and low in the south, high on both sides and low in the middle, and has good lighting and landscape orientation.

商业街沿区域内规划主要道路，布置在地块中心、高程较低位置，既方便快捷又能占据中心位置以起到聚集的作用。样板区布置在整个地块南部、距出入口最近位置，能使顾客最方便快捷的进行参观，也是整个区域核心的位置。

The main roads are planned along the commercial street, and they are arranged in the center of the plot and at a lower elevation, which is convenient and fast and can occupy the center to play the role of gathering. The model area is located in the southern part of the entire plot, and is closest to the entrance and exit, which enables customers to visit the most convenient and quick, and is also the core location of the entire area.

客房顺应山势走向布置在较高位置，保证了最好的景观朝向。不同标高上的建筑错落有致，视觉感受丰富而有序，强调“虚实”对比的效果，展现出一个立体的“山、林、水”的建筑群。

The guest rooms are arranged in a higher position in accordance with the mountain direction, ensuring the best landscape orientation. The buildings at different elevationsare patchy, with rich and orderly visual experience, emphasizing the effect of "virtualand real" contrast, showing a three-dimensional "mountain, forest, and water" building group.

以坡地为场景，通过营造精致有趣味的生活空间，引导出亲近自然并富有东方意味的高品质生活。我们拥有一片充满了生机与希望的山林，我们传达自由而奔放的设计理念，让我们挣脱固有设计风格的束缚，用舒展的线条，精致的细部，饱含丰富肌理的各种材质去放飞对建筑形象的种种遐想，让建筑最大程度的去亲近阳光，拥抱大自然。

Taking the sloping field as the scene, by creating an exquisite and interesting living space, it leads to a high-quality life that is close to nature and full of oriental flavor. We have a mountain forest full of vitality and hope. We convey a free and unrestrained design concept, letting us break free from the constraints of inherent designstyle, using stretched lines, exquisite details, and various materials rich in texture to release the architectural image. All kinds of reveries, let the building to get close to the sun and embrace nature to the greatest extent.

产品设计依据基地自然资源和用地等级，相对应的各具特色的户型，景观资源利用最大化；充分利用景观资源，每个客房都设计丰富、多层次、多角度的休闲观景露台和屋顶专属空中露台花园，营造出轻松活泼的休闲度假气氛；集中花园设计，大小不同的前中后花园，花园之间通过建筑互相相连，空间上互相渗透、交错、借鉴。

The product design is based onthe natural resources and land level of the base, corresponding to the uniqueunits, maximizing the use of landscape resources; making full use of the landscape resources, each guest room is designed with rich, multi-level, multi-angle leisure viewing terraces and roofs exclusive The sky terrace garden creates a relaxed and lively atmosphere of leisure and vacation.

早起推开门，窗外的鸟鸣声、色彩斑斓的花海和清新的空气，仿佛到了与世隔绝的世外桃源，放慢生活的脚步，来一次真正的与自然对话。

Get up early and open thedoor. Birdsongs outside the window, colorful flowers and fresh air, as if ithas reached an isolated world, slowing down the pace of life and a real dialogue with nature.

别墅庭院的私密性很好，铺上瑜伽垫，做一次纯自然的身体瑜伽，让身体每一寸肌肤彻底的和阳光、空气、雨露充分接触。

It is the purity of the snowy plateau transformed into the Lancang River soup, and the most pleasant silhouette of the Phoenix-tailed bamboo in the moonlight. 在这里我看到一片无垠的绿色海洋，起伏连绵。掩映在郁郁葱葱的热带雨林里的是错落有致的傣家别院，热带特有的景致，橡胶树、果木、香蕉林，仿佛绿色的童话，群山崔巍，瑰丽壮观。

Here I see an endless green ocean, rolling up and down. Hidden in the lush tropical rain forest is the patchwork of the Pu'er Family House. The tropical scenery, rubber trees, fruittrees, and banana forests are like green fairy tales.

 “地域主义”风格，既吸收传统建筑工艺之精华，又敢于革新，其创新重点表现在对屋顶及阳台等部位的大胆突破——俊朗开阔的屋顶造型及宽敞浪漫的露天阳台、泳池，彰显现代建筑的先进工艺和景观资源利用的最大化。

"Regionalism" style, which not only absorbs the essence of traditional building technology, but also dares to innovate. Its innovation focuses on bold breakthroughs on the roof and balcony, etc. The handsome open roof shape and the spacious andromantic open-air balcony and swimming pool show modern The building's advanced technology and the use of landscape resources are maximized.

建筑材料和色彩的选择方面，遵循与人亲近、与自然和谐的原则，突出材料的原生态和色彩的亲和力，以达到“回归”自然的视觉效应。

As for the selection of building materials and colors, the principles of closeness to people and harmony with nature are followed, and the original ecology of materials and the affinity of colors are emphasized to achieve the visual effect of “returning tonature”.

We have a mountain forestfull of vitality and hope.
