低成本改造公共空间Biryulyovo苹果花园

项目由Narodnyi建筑师事务所设计，以最低的预算解决了改善莫斯科郊区一个小庭院公共空间。该地区最初的问题是行人的过境交通和未定义的庭院公园杂乱的状态，这是典型的俄罗斯城市地区的问题，项目改造前，该空间既不是一个亲密的庭院，也不是一个多功能的公共公园区。

The redevelopment project, implemented by the Narodnyi Architector bureau, solved the problem of improving a small courtyard public space in the outskirts of Moscow with a minimum budget. The initial problems of the territory are transit traffic of pedestrians and an undefined courtyard-park status, typical for a micro-district type of Russian urban areas. As a result, the space was neither an intimate courtyard nor a multifunctional public-park zone.

作为项目的一部分，设计师对交通系统进行了重组，首先人流和车流被分离，公园区的边界被标示出来。其次项目增加了新型的景观设施，拓展了庭院的功能：雨篷、凉亭、舞台和游乐场的非典型设备。由此，这个公共空间有了新的发展，为周围居民提供了新的休闲和交流的机会。

As part of the bureau’s project, the road and path network was reorganized, pedestrian and car flows were separated, the boundaries of the park zone were marked and park and courtyard were separated. New types of landscaping objects have been added, expanding yard’s functionality: awnings, gazebos, stage and atypical equipment for playgrounds. As a result, a new quality of the local environment has developed, new opportunities for recreation and communication have emerged for residents of surrounding houses.

该项目对位于莫斯科南部边境的东Biryulyovo区的绅士化起到了促进作用。该区以前是工人阶级地区，最近进行了大规模的重建和城市环境的改善。

The project was conductive to gentrification of Eastern Biryulyovo district located at the southern border of Moscow. It is a former working-class area, which recently saw major redevelopment and improvement of urban environment.
