乡村振兴建设需要构建新型的模式和方法，

“寻根、造血、更新、绽放”是正熙设计对乡建的方法论。

寻根——顶层谋划，文化为根；

造血——三产融合，产业兴村；

更新——文化为脉，空间营造；

绽放——系统运营，安居乐业。

我们只有以一个“乡村运营官”的身份参与到乡建的全过程之中，才能找到乡村振兴的发展之路。

We need new patterns and methods to conduct rural revitalization,

“Root-seeking, innovation, renewal, blooming”is the methodology of Zhengxi Design. 

Root-seeking---planning at the top, culture at the root

innovation---integration of three industries, industrial revitalization

renewal--- culture is the pulse that creates the space

blooming--- live and work in peace and contentment

Only when we participate in the whole process of rural construction as a “Rural operating officer" can we find the road of rural revitalization.

 历史：吴家山口 

HISTORY: Wujia Shankou

山口村，位于合肥市肥西县，坐落于“庐阳第一名山”紫蓬山景区南麓，被誉为“紫蓬山南大门”。

Shankou village in Feixi County, Hefei, is located in the south foot of Zipeng Mountain Scenic Area, the first mountain in Luyang District. It is known as the south gate of Zipeng Mountain.

史书记载，山口古称吴家山口，相传明朝吴氏家族兴建，距今近400年历史。晚清淮军统领小吴三筑墙建碉堡，逐渐形成一条热闹繁华的集市街，南来北往、高人香客不绝，大小商埠、医院、学堂、茶楼、饭庄、油场、槽坊、赌场、戏院、窖厂、染坊等各种行业应有尽有，故有“小金斗”（旧合肥城）之称。

According to historical records, Shankou was anciently known as Wujiashankou, initially built by the Wu family in the Ming dynasty nearly 400 years ago. In the late Qing dynasty, the Huai Army led by Xiao Wu San built walls and blockhouses there which gradually formed a busy and prosperous marketing place including commercial ports, hospitals, schools, teahouses, restaurants, oil farms, troughs, casinos, cinemas, cellars, dyeing mills and other industries, therefore it is known as“Little Golden Bucket”(Old Hefei City) .

 初识：没落的村庄 

FIRST ACQUAINTANCE: A dying village

山口村虽有400年的历史，但经解放时期一场大火之后，传统建筑基本破坏殆尽，文化凋敝。2018年3月我团队受紫蓬山管委会邀请初访山口村，发现它只是一个很普通的村庄，没有任何地方特色，且因产业基础薄弱，空心化日趋严重。

Although Shankou village has a history of 400 years, after a fire in the liberation period, the traditional buildings were destroyed and the culture withered. In March 2018, my team was invited by Zipeng Mountain Management Committee to visit Shankou Village, only to find that it was just an ordinary village without any local characteristics and industrial bases, and the loss of personnel is increasing.

 探索：深挖历史文化 

Exploration: DIG deep into history and culture

如何避免千篇一律的美丽乡村建设，彰显山口的自身特色与活力，实现乡村振兴之路，是我们需要解决的核心问题。通过详细的走访与调研后，我们发现以文旅为切入点，是项目脱颖而出的关键。山口村虽然普通，但约400米百年老街的空间肌理还在，肥西县又是“圩堡建筑”最具特色之地，那“ 复兴百年古集老街，再现圩堡建筑群盛景 ”就是我们寻找的突破口。

How to avoid the stereotyped rural construction and manifest shankou’s own characteristics and vitality is the core issue we need to deal with. Through detailed interviews and researches, we found that to take culture and tourism as the breakthrough point is the key to the project. Shankou seems an ordinary village, the 400-meter-long old street still has its sense of history, and Feixi County is the most distinctive place of“Weibao Building“, there goes our breakthrough: “Revival of the century-old GuJi Street, reappear of the Weibao Building complex scene.”

 谋划：文化复兴+商业复兴+建筑复兴 

Planning: Cultural Renaissance, Business Renaissance, Architectural Renaissance

找到突破口后，其实重点是围绕“建筑复兴”来达到山口振兴的目标。但乡村建筑改造的只是皮囊，必须要结合“文化+商业业态”，赋予建筑使命感，才能让它们活化后再利用，真正实现“三化兴村”（沉浸化的老街圩堡、活态化的古集古坊、互动化的乡村体验）的山口振兴特色。

After finding a breakthrough, our focus is to achieve the goal of Shankou revitalization through“Architectural renaissance”. However, the renovation of the buildings is only the first step, we must combine culture and commercial form and give buildings a sense of purpose so that they can be activated and reused, in the end realizing the Shankou revitalization features of the village renewal trilogy (immersion of the Weibao old street, activation of the ancient marketing place, interaction of the rural experience)

在这里我们通过对历史文化建筑的恢复，增强了当地人对“圩堡建筑群”的了解，同时遵从“依史复建、修建如故”的原则，突出江淮文化的建筑风貌。

Through the restoration of the historical and cultural buildings, we have enhanced the local people’s understanding of the “Weibao Complex”, and followed the principle of“Rebuilding according to history and rebuilding as before”, highlighting the architectural style of Jianghuai culture.

紫蓬山南山（山口）为民服务中心，是集游客服务中心、村委会、乡村卫生院等功能于一体，打造山口圩堡古集文化旅游村的服务配套。作为旅游村的主要聚集之处，为大众提供娱乐、交流、互动的空间。

Zipeng Mountain South Mountain (Shankou) is a service center for the people, which integrates the functions of tourist service center, Village Committee, Village Health Center and so on. As the main gathering place of the tourist village, it provides the public with the space of entertainment, communication and interaction.

设计时充分考虑地形地貌，并保留院内古树，敬畏土地，敬畏自然，实现建筑与环境的对话，保证建筑与环境的共生。

The design takes the topography into account, and keeps the old trees in the courtyard, reveres the land and nature, realizes the harmonious coexistence of architecture and environment

 

 理念：建筑的时光之旅 

CONCEPT: The time travel of architecture

全村266户农房，基本遵从现有的空间肌理与高低错落的层次。我们对山口村历史建筑风貌重新梳理，通过对材料和传统元素的把控，有机保留山口从明清到民国到解放后各个年代建筑的文化沉淀和历史记忆，提出“建筑的时光之旅”改造理念，融入现代的审美思维，给人们带来沉浸式乡村体验。

There are 266 houses in the village, the reconstruction basically conforms to the existing spatial texture and the level of high and low patchwork. By researching the materials and traditional elements, we preserve the cultural and historical memories of the buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties to the Republic of China to the post-liberation period, put forward the concept of“Architectural time travel”, blended in the modern aesthetic thinking, to give people an immersive country experience.

我们整个团队从前期策划到规划、设计、驻场施工指导、运营与传播等全过程参与其中，以一个“乡村运营官”的身份扎根山口三年多时间，让山口村再现了“小金斗”的历史记忆。未来，山口村的开发将继续坚持文化自信的理念，秉承匠心精神，贯彻2021年中央一号文件，全面推行乡村振兴，早日实现乡村高质量发展。

Our entire team participated in the whole process from the preliminary planning to the designing, on-site construction guidance, operation and communication, and took root in Shankou village as a “rural operating officer”for more than three years, reproduced the “Little Golden Bucket”historical memories in the village. In the future, the development of Shankou Village will continue to adhere to the concept of cultural self-confidence, uphold the spirit of craftsmanship, implement the 2021 Central document No. 1, fully implement rural revitalization, and achieve high-quality rural development at an early date.
