Everyone has an imaginary utopia,
“Taohuayuanji” is the ideal life of the Orientals,
which depicts a lifestyle with a beautiful environment,
peaceful and quiet place.
In the hustle and bustle urban life, the contemporary
desire to get back to the natural countryside life with
rich fields, beautiful ponds, and paths intersecting the fields in all directions.

“Even it is artificial, it looks like naturally formed. Its subtlety is that the overall shape is natural and smooth, and the scale is appropriate.”
设计中没有人能够为自然定义一个具体的风格，
因为所有的景观设计都源于自然，
而恰是自然的包容性将人工与环境充分结合到了一起
No one can define a specific landscape style of nature,
because all landscape design elements originate
from nature, and the inclusiveness of nature
fully combines man-made products and environment.

“Home in the park, House in nature”
走遍济南的城区，我们寻找济南人向往的桃花源，最终在市中心不同的公园里找到了同一个答案，黄发垂髫怡然自乐的桃花源，不在别处，在大自然的怀抱，在公园里。
正是这样的场景启发了我们，营造一个公园里的社区
Walked through the urban area of Jinan, we looked for
the imaginary utopia of Jinan people yearn for. In the end,
we found the same answer in different downtown parks,
that the utopia was not anywhere else, but in the park, in nature.
It is this kind of happy scene of children and old people
that inspires us to create the community in a park.
“山，泉，林，云，风”环绕于景
“Mountain, Spring, Forest, Cloud, Wind” are in the surrounding

其中A-4 区域东侧区域定义为传统中式风格（泉城人家），这里有参与性的驳岸景观季相变化与四季常绿的软景空间，自然与野趣结合的景石设计

因地制宜的取材用料，顺应地形落差的水景，
大自然里的儿童乐园
——童梦森林冒险岛乐园，人性化的邻里空间
The site is divide into two areas (A-4 & A-3), defined as
a modern and natural style. The east side of A-4 area
is defined as a traditional Chinese style (Quancheng Family),
in which there is a participatory waterfront landscape,
a seasonal-changed and four seasons of
evergreen softscape space,
and the landscape stone design with the combination of
natural and wild style. We provide playgrounds for all age groups
and create accessible routes in the whole area.
We used the materials adapting to local conditions, designed
the waterscape conforming to the drop of the terrain,
and built the children's paradise in nature.
In here, you can find an adventure playground of children’s
dream forest, and a humanized neighborhood space.

Overall Theming
“A-4”
西区主要从自然风貌中提取元素为风、山、泉、林，
分别以中轴道路景观、挡墙的景观化处理、
大面积泉水的贯穿、
植物种植围合成林的形式去落位
The elements extracted from the natural features in the
western area are wind, mountain, spring and forest,
which is separately realized in the form of the central axis road landscape,
the landscape retaining wall, a large area of spring water,
and the landscape planting.
“A-3”
东区主要从自然风貌中提取元素为
风、山、泉、林，分别以宅间巷道景观、
主轴连续性景观、带状泉水的贯穿、
缓冲林带景观的形式去落位
整个场地划分为四种空间，分别营造静心、见悟、赏景和淡泊这四种境域氛围
The eastern area mainly extracts elements from natural
features such as wind, mountain, spring and forest,
which is respectively realized in the form of landscape lanes
between houses, continuous the landscape of main axis,
strip spring, and buffer forest.
The whole site is divided into four kinds of space,
which respectively create four kinds of environment:
meditation, insight, landscape appreciation, and indifference.

生活在城市中我们甚至习惯于集中式& 快餐式的儿童场地，综合体内粗糙娱乐设施堆砌成的 “儿童乐园”，而阳光、空气、清风甚至气温的变化，
这些与自然息息相关的触觉，
才是童年所触、所感的真实体验
Living in the city, we are even accustomed to the centralized
and fast-food children's venues and the
"children's playground" built by the rough
recreational facilities in the commercial complex.
The sunshine, air, breeze and even temperature changes,
which are closely related to nature,
are the real experience of childhood.
“危险”是成长中的有益刺激，“害怕”中蕴藏着最丰富的乐趣，我们都是在游戏中学会独自面对恐惧、完成挑战。丛林探险、野地求生，无限的童趣展现在大自然的素野中。
童梦森林设计风格和主题结合了项目的整体风格与概念。整体设计结合自然语汇使场地有声、有感、有梦。随心跃动的流线，丰富多样的植物色彩造就了童林梦境。自然式的台阶设计结合
自然状景观植物，让孩子活在大自然里，感受和聆听自然，
高低错落，绿意杉杉，自然起伏的台地中央，
在树林花海的掩映下，
我们为孩子们创造了这片童话空间。
"Danger" is the healthy stimulus of growth，
and "Fear" is where the most fun comes from.
We all learn to face our fears and
challenges alone through games. Exploring in the jungle and
surviving in the wild, unlimited interest in childhood shows
in the nature of the wild.
The concept and design style of Children's Dream Forest
combine the main project’s style and concept.
The overall playground design combined with
natural language makes the site full of sound, sense and dream.
Following the freewheeling routes,
rich and diverse plant color brought up
Children’s Dream Forest.
Natural step design combined with natural landscape plants,
provide a natural life for children to feel and listen to nature.
With the high and low scattered green plants,
natural undulating platform, and the flowers
in the forest,
we created this fairy tale space for children.
集自然与现代的碰撞，完美的将“野”趣融入其中。在售楼处利用大量奇异的装置、雕塑来博得眼球的趋势下，网红项目层出不穷中海仍然坚持以人为本，贴近自然的原则，简化形式主义，以功能为主，回归设计本质，遵循最基本、最朴素的造园理念；坚持将大自然引入社区，深入研究客群需求，打造属于济南人独有的密林景观
C.O Cloud Hills brings together the collision of nature
and modern, and perfectly integrates wild style into it.
In the contemporary, sales office with a lot of
exotic installations, sculptures to impress the eye,
instafamous projects emerge in an endless stream,
but ChinaOverseas still adheres to the principle of
people-oriented and close to-nature, simplifies formalism,
insists on the function-based concept,
returns to the essence of design, and follows the most
basic and simple concept of garden construction.
In addition,
China Overseas insists on introducing nature
into the community, in-depth researches on
customer needs, to create a dense
forest unique landscape for Jinanpeople.
“野于形，奢于心”
“Wild in the form, Luxury in the heart”
大区理念，采取潇洒、大方的设计风格，
采用普通的材料，
从南部拆迁的老房子中寻找护坡石、用铺地材料来做雕塑、用自然石块砌成自然驳岸等，造园风格狂放却不失美感。同时从自然现象中找寻灵感，对一些材料特殊处理，运用落叶拓印混泥土印记为灵感设计特色铺地等，从自然风貌中提取风、山、泉、林等设计元素落位到中轴/ 宅间道路景观、挡墙的景观化处理、泉水的贯穿、植物种植围合成林等具体设计形式。
打造一个天人合一、与自然交融的世外桃源，
于自然中巧见匠心，于楼宇间品味自然
The concept of the residential area is the natural and
simple design style. We use the common materials
demolished from the old houses in the south to
find the slope protection stone,
the paving materials to make sculptures,
and natural stones to
build the natural revetment. The whole landscape style is
wild but elegant. While seeking inspiration from
natural phenomena, we do some special treatments to
some materials, and use the marks of fallen leaves
rubbing on concrete to design special paving.
From the natural features, the extraction of wind,
mountain, spring, forest and other design elements
would be realized into the central landscape area,
the landscape lanes, landscape retaining wall,
spring water, and landscape planting.
We try to create a paradise of harmony
between human and nature,
to find craftsmanship in nature as well as
enjoy nature between houses.

“Although it has not been finished, we can see the
rudiment. The value of the design is just around the corner.”
