上河艺术馆：一场跨越千年的东京梦华晰纹设计

Shang He Galley  is a multi－functional sales center tailored  for Landsea Kaifeng Bianjing Xihuafu project  by XY + Z.  In addition to XY + Z's consistent green and humanistic design concept, the designer unfold Bianjing's amazing prosperity described in the masterpiece  “Qingming Shanghe Tu ”（ Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival) in an artistic way that makes the world marvel again. 

上河艺术馆  是 XY+Z 为朗诗开封汴京西华府项目量身打造的复合功能型售楼中心。除了延续XY+Z一贯坚持的绿色、人文的设计理念，本次设计师通过独特的艺术手法令昔日《清明上河图》中所描绘的汴京繁华得以隔空重现，令世人再次为之惊艳不已。

Kaifeng，Menmory

K aifeng, known as Bianjing in ancient times, is known as the ancient capital of eight dynasties. It has bred a far-reaching "song culture" that inherits from the Han and Tang Dynasties and influenced the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The great Song Dynasty is the most brilliant era in Kaifeng ’ s history and Chinese feudal history. 

开封，古称汴京，素有八朝古都之称，孕育了上承汉唐、下启明清、影响深远的“宋文化”。大宋王朝是开封历史上和中国封建史上最为辉煌的时代。

Historica lbooks even describe Kaifeng, the capital city of Song Dynasty, was one in absolute advantages in terms of prosperity among the region. Today's well-known masterpiece “Qingming Shanghe Tu” depicts the bustling scene and beautiful natural scenery on both sides of the Bianhe River in Kaifeng City, capital of Northern Song Dynasty.

史书更以“八荒争凑，万国咸通”来描述当时大宋都城开封的繁华。而今家喻户晓、妇孺皆知的遗世名作《清明上河图》，描绘的便是清明时节北宋东京开封城汴河两岸的繁华、热闹的景象和优美的自然风光。

In this case,  “ Qingming Shanghe Tu ”is taken as a symbol of Kaifeng's history and culture, combined with the local paper-cut skills, the use of modern metal carving technology and Chinese red to interpret it, becoming the most eye-catching part in the whole space.

本案以《清明上河图》作为开封历史文化的象征，结合当地巧夺天工的剪纸技艺，运用现代金属雕刻技术及中国红将其全新演绎，成为整个空间里最大的亮点。

The design of Shang He Gallery organically integrates the local history and culture with the humanistic, sunshine, green and high-tech concepts of Landsea. The architectural, furniture, decoration, calligraphy and painting, folk skills and other elements of the Bianjing city reunion in the space, become the new interpretation of Kaifeng memory.

 

上河艺术馆的设计将当地的历史人文与朗诗一贯秉承的人本、阳光、绿色、科技理念有机的融合为一体。昔日汴京城的建筑、家具、装饰、书画、民间技艺等元素在空间里重新交汇，全新演绎一场跨越千年的东京梦华。

Ground floor planning mainly meets the commercial properties of the sales office, and the consumer journey of the entrance, reception, display, early and further negotiation, sales control and other areas is reasonably planned.

 

空间布局上，首层规划主要满足售楼处的商业属性，从入口，接待，沙盘展示、到前洽、深洽、销控等区域销售动线一气呵成。

The second floor is more as an art space. The top design conforms to the original herringbone structure of the building, and the Oriental wisdom of the unity of heaven and man is hidden in the processing method of following the trend. In addition to daily art display; it can also be used to hold special exhibitions. The multi-functional hall on the same floor can be used as a meeting room and a lecture hall for traditional Chinese culture.

二层艺术长廊则更侧重空间的艺术属性。顶部设计顺应建筑原有的人字形结构，顺势而为的处理手法中暗藏天人合一的东方智慧。功能上除了日常艺术品展示之外，也可用于举办特展。同层的多功能厅既可作为会议室，亦可举办国学讲堂。

Through the large area of floor glass on the, the designer uses the method of borrowing scenery to get a panoramic view of the courtyard. With water as a mirror, the reflection of the building itself also becomes a part of the scene. The so-called "you have me, and I have you" is the blending of inside and outside, divided while unified, conveying the ancient and profound oriental philosophy.

设计师通过建筑立面的大面积落地玻璃，运用借景的手法将庭院内的曲靖流觞尽收眼底。以水为镜，建筑自身的倒影亦成为景的一部分，所谓你中有我，我中有你，内外交融，对立而又统一，同时也借此传达了古老而深邃的东方哲学。

As an extension of the outdoor waterscape, we set waterscape at the entrance of the hall, blurring the boundary between inside and outside.

作为室外水景的延伸，我们在大厅入口处设置水景，模糊内与外的界限。

 

 

 上古，下今 

Past，Present

 

The floor of the hall is paved with Bulgarian dark gray stone, which makes the transparent hall look modern and grant. At the same time, it forms thecontrast of light and shade with the two layers of space, and forms the opposition and unity between the ancient times and the present through thevisual experience.

售楼处大厅地面整体由深色保加利亚灰石材铺设而成，使通透的大厅显得现代且不失大气。同时与2层空间形成明暗对比， 利用视觉感受形成上古与下今的对立与统一。

 

 

The brand wall of the hall is directly connected to the top of the second floor, extending the vertical vision. The surface of the hall uses pandoum coating with fine texture, and the thin line decorative lights add light and shadow details to the brand wall.

大厅品牌墙直通二楼顶面，纵向延伸了视觉，表面为具有质感的潘多魔涂料，纤细的线条装饰灯则为品牌墙面增添光影的细节。

The 3-meter-high background wall of the reception desk is made of a natural volcanic rock material "cosmic miracle" developed by the design team which is green, low-carbon and of natural hole texture, The visual effect of starlight is like the vast universe. The reception desk is composed of stoneand metal. The 1cm thick steel plate is directly inserted into the ground, and part of the tabletop is set on the water ripple marble, which forms a strong sense of geometric composition.

高达3米的接待台背景墙采用团队自主研发的一款天然火山岩“宇宙奇迹”为材料，孔洞纹理自然，绿色低碳。呈现星光点点的视觉效果，犹如浩瀚宇宙。接待台由石材和金属构成，1公分厚的钢板由台面直插地面，部分台面搭在水波纹大理石上方，有很强的几何构成感。

The sand table area adopts unconventional design. The corner of the whole sand table base is made of stone sculpture. For safety consideration, transparent resin is arranged to support the sand table base. The sand table top is made of black water ripple marble, which makes the model surrounded by "water". The solidified water not only echoes the local canal culture, but also implies that Bianjing's glorious history is solidified in the reflection.

沙盘区采用非常规设计，整个沙盘的底座对角处为石头雕塑，出于安全考虑，计算排布了透明树脂在沙盘底座辅助支撑，沙盘台面为黑色水波纹大理石，让沙盘模型被“水”包围，凝固之水既呼应了当地的运河文化，也暗喻将汴京的辉煌历史凝固在倒影之中。

On the map of Kaifeng, we can see an obvious central axis running along Zhongshan Road until Longting Park. It is said that this central axis has never changed for thousands of years, and Kaifeng is the only ancient city in the world whose central axis has never changed. Therefore, in this case, we use the axial  symmetry space layout to imply Kaifeng's Millennium historical context.

 

从开封地图上可以看到一条明显的中轴线，沿着中山路一直贯穿至龙亭公园。据说千年来这条线从未改变过，而开封也是世界上唯一中轴线不曾改变的古城.。因而在本次设计中，我们采用中轴对称的空间布局来延续开封的千年历史文脉。

  江山入画  

Mountains and Rivers in Painting

The sand table area is surrounded by the super white art glass "Jiang Shan" (Mountain and River). The pattern on the glass is a continuous mountain shape composed of lines of different lengths. The continuous fluctuation also echoes the curve structure on the top of the building. The pattern is carefully arranged by the designer. Due to the large size of the glass, it is difficult to install. Theheight of the largest single piece of glass is close to 8 meters, which is quite shocking. At the same time, it also become the perfect background for the central  “ Qingming Shanghe Tu ”.

 

沙盘区上方整体被“江山”艺术超白玻璃包围，玻璃上的图案为长短不一的线条组成的连贯山形，绵延起伏亦呼应了建筑顶部的曲线结构。图案由设计师精心排布而成，由于玻璃体积较大，安装难度也较大，最大的玻璃单块高度接近8米，在视觉上相当震撼， 同时也成为中央《清明上河图》的最佳背景。

On both sides of the river, there are overlapping lakes, clouds and trees, sand, and a thousand ridings in the center, singing and appreciating the scenery. The two are integrated into one, and the real and the virtual intersect together. The past prosperity of Bianjing emerged in the air, far away and ethereal, presenting the theme of the sales office "Shang He" (Riverside Scene) vividly in front of the world.

 

两岸重湖叠巘，云树堤沙，中央千骑高牙，吟赏烟霞，两者浑然一体，虚实相交。昔日汴京的盛世繁荣浮现在空中，悠远空灵，将售楼处的主题“上河·”生动的呈现在世人眼前。

A series of linear and spot lights is well arranged to make the space lighting more symmetrical and continuous instead of the main lighting design. The rhythm of light and the space layout improve and complement each other.

空间采用无主灯设计，以一系列线性及点状灯令空间照明更匀称连续，光的韵律与空间布局相辅相成，一气呵成。

The water bar in the negotiation area uses stone to form the extended geometry shape. Part of the surface also uses water ripple marble to create a misty atmosphere. The different usage of the same material increases the integrity and continuity of the space. At the same time, it also requires the mature understanding of the materials.

洽谈区水吧运用石材延伸几何构成造型，部分表面同样采用了水波纹大理石，营造烟波浩渺的氛围，同种材料的不同运用增加了空间的整体感与连续性，要同时不失单调也很考验设计师对材料运用的细节把控。

 

The ceiling and wall of the second floor adopt the same kind of pandomar paint,which increases the feeling of integrity and extension, and contains the meaning of the combination of heaven and earth. The wall and armrest are equipped with built-in warm lighting to wash the wall, and the light and shadow are stacked to make the space full of layers. 

二楼天花与墙面采用同种潘多魔涂料，增加整体性与延伸感，蕴含天、地相合之意。墙面与扶手内置暖光源洗墙，造型光影层叠，令空间富有层次感。

The hall adopts black strip outlet, which runs through in a straight line, simple and ingeniously combined with the armrest modeling.

大厅采用黑色条形风口，一条直线贯穿，极为简洁，与扶手造型巧妙结合。

The overall material of the stairs extends the pandomar paint of the wall, which makes the stair shape clear but not loses the integrity, just like natural growth. The staircase is simple and clear-cut in shape, with light bars hidden in each step. It forms a visual rhythm in repetition and rising. It is not only a ladder connecting the lower space and the upper space, but also a chapter connecting the past and the present.

楼梯整体材质延伸墙面潘多魔涂料，让楼梯造型层次分明却又不失整体，犹如自然生长而成。楼梯造型简洁层次分明，每层踏步都藏有灯条，在重复，上升中形成视觉的韵律，既是连接1层与2层空间的阶梯，也成为连接上古下今跨越时空的篇章。

 

There is a round hole above the background of the water bar. The inner surface of the hole is covered with a light film. The  “ Qingming Shanghe Tu ” art installation passes through the hole ofthe background wall of the water bar in the air, presenting an infinite visual extension, as if the river in the sky has no end, echoing the local historical elements such as human geography.

水吧背景上方设有圆形洞口，洞口内圈表面覆灯膜，与整个空间的亮点“清明上河图”艺术装置结合，清明上河图艺术装置在空中穿过水吧背景墙洞口，呈现视觉上的无限延伸，仿佛天上之河没有尽头，呼应了当地的人文地理等历史元素。

   

 

The design of the multi-function room on the second floor continues the traditional Chinese culture style and creates a unique cultural experience for the sales office. The interior wall uses soft wall cloth with strong sense of softness, while the top surface is made of metal mesh, showing the collision and fusion of hardand soft.

二楼多功能室的设计延续古韵国风，打造为国学讲堂，为售楼处增添独特人文体验，室内墙面使用柔和感较强墙布，顶面为金属网造型，呈现出刚与柔的碰撞与融合。

 结 语 

Cinclusion

By using three-dimensional composition, contrast, borrowing scenery and other artistic techniques, the designer presents a profound oriental philosophical wisdom in the opposition and unity of light and shade, virtual and reality, inside and outside, opening and closing, retracting and releasing. Through modern technology, Bianjing city's past prosperity is completely reinterpreted in abrand new and impressive way. In addition to the sales function, giving the sales office a new humanistic and artistic experience is also the concept we have been exploring, practicing and pursuing in the design projects of sales offices in recent years.

设计师运用立体构成、对比、借景等艺术手法，在明暗、虚实、内外、开合收放的对立与统一中呈现深邃的东方哲学智慧，通过现代技术全新诠释汴京城昔日风光，叠巘清嘉，烟柳画桥，风帘翠幕，市列珠玑，盛世繁荣令人过目难忘。除了展示销售楼盘的功能之外，赋予售楼处全新的人文艺术体验，也是这些年我们在售楼处设计项目中始终在探索、实践和追求的理念。
