Light Of The Future Gold Sand City is a future oriented service apartment project jointly built by XY +Z design and Chengdu Landsea Taihang Ruihong Real Estate Development Ltd. Co. As phase III of the Chengdu Gold Sand city apartment project, Light Of The Future continues the advanced concept of this future oriented city and explores the new ecology of urban human settlement in the future. 金沙城未来之光 是XY+Z 设计与成都朗诗太行瑞宏携手打造的面向未来的租赁式酒店公寓综合体项目。作为成都金沙城公寓项目三期工程 锦澜阁的公共区域设计 ，未来之光延续了这座未来之城的先进理念，探索未来都市人居的新生态。 Light / Ecology / Future 光 / 生态 / 未来 The design of Light Of The Future always focuses on the trinity of future human settlement ecological concept: Light / Ecology / Future; The concept triangle representing the future is used by the designers in the overall planning of the design and runs through the details, The ancient and magicalgeometric pattern becomes a magic power from the future with the designer'shand, drawing the energy flow of the whole space. 未来之光的设计始终围绕着一个三位一体的未来人居生态理念——光／生态 ／未来 ；代表着未来的理念三角被设计师运用于设计的整体规划并贯穿于各处细节， 古老而神奇的几何图案经由设计师之手成为一股来自未来的神奇力量，牵引着整个空间的能量流动。 Public Space Analysis 公共空间规划 According to the positioning of the project's high-end service apartment, we have carriedout reasonable detailed planning and layout for the functions of the publicspace in the lower area, so that it can connect with the outside world and form a relatively complete and independent ecosystem inside. 根据项目高端酒店公寓的定位，我们对低区公共空间的功能进行了合理、细致的规划布局，令其在与外界连接的同时，内部也构成一个功能相对完善而独立的生态系统。 In addition to the reception lobby, we add light catering and retail space along the street on the ground floor to encouage interactions with the community; on the second floor, we had catering and fitness functions that enrich the entertaiment activities; at the same time, on the B1 floor, we planned laundry room,vending machine and mini warehouse to further complete the function of public space. 首层除了具有接待功能的大堂，轻餐饮与沿街的零售空间的加入增强了其与周围社区的互动；二层规划以餐饮与健身功能为主，丰富住户的休闲娱乐生活，同时在地下一层，我们规划了洗衣房、自动贩卖机以及迷你仓等生活便利设施，令公共空间的功能更加完整。 Public Space 公共空间 The ground of reception area in the lobby is paved with 800 *800mm marble material of ancient wood texture, and forms the sharp contrast with the white ceramic tiles in the corridor. At the same time, the texture and color of different materials well indicate the corresponding functional zoning. 公区前厅接待区域地面采用800*800mm古木纹石材铺设而成， 古木纹石材地面与走廊白色瓷砖形成鲜明对比，同时借由不同材料的纹理和色彩暗示相应的功能分区。 △ Lobby Photo | 大堂实景 The background wall of the reception desk highlights the landscape design elements with wire glass, which echoes the local culture and geography features. The reception desk and column are wrapped with GRG to make gradient transparent effect with the triangle hollowed out, which enriches the visual details of the space. The central column of Zantedeschia shape extends the rotating troffer, which increases the flexibility of the ceiling. 接待台的背景墙运用夹丝玻璃凸显山水设计元素呼应当地人文地理，接待台与立柱用GRG包裹做出渐变透光三角形镂空，丰富了视觉上的细节变化。马蹄莲造型中心立柱延生出旋转灯槽增添顶部空间的灵动。 △ Lobby Photo | 大堂实景 The ground material extends naturally to the stairs, and the handrail curve echoes the column shape and the curving troffer. The combination of resin board and metal handrail makes the stair look more flexible and transparent. 地面材质自然延伸至楼梯，扶手曲线则呼应立柱造型与顶面曲线灯槽。树脂板与金属扶手的材质结合让楼梯造型更加灵活通透。 △ Atrium Photo | 中庭实景 The light from high above creates a sacred and mysterious atmosphere, which makes people feel unconsciously attracted. The light at the top seems to come from the unknown future, crossing the hollow triangles and finally reaching your eyes. 来自高处的光营造出神圣而神秘的氛围，令人不自觉的被吸引。高处尽头的光似乎来自不可预知的未来，穿越层层中空的三角最终进入视野。 The project revolves around the three core elements of light, ecology and future,and integrates the triangle symbolizing the three elements into the design asan abstract symbol. As one of the highlights of the project, the triangleinterior garden atrium brings natural lighting to the interior of the building. With green plants, it enriches the ecological types in the building, and makes people and nature in the building have multi-dimensional links.The atrium also increases the visibility between the floors, thus increasing the communication and interaction between residents on different floors. 项目围绕光／生态／未来三个核心元素展开，并将象征三元素的三角形作为抽象符号融入设计。三角形室内花园中庭做为项目的一大亮点，为建筑内部带来自然采光，搭配绿植丰富建筑内的生态种类，使建筑内的人与自然产生多维度的链接。中庭同样增加了各楼层之间的可视性进而增加了不同楼层住户之间的交流与互动。 △ Atrium Photo | 中庭实景 The traditional residential of reinforced concrete keeps us away from the earth's surface, away from nature, and also insulates neighbors from each other. The cold corridor and decoration are just traffic channels. In this project, the designer tries to break the distance between people through the design. 传统的住宅用钢筋混凝土让我们远离地表，远离自然，也将邻里之间情义隔绝。冰冷的楼道与装饰也只是交通通道而已。本项目中，设计师试图通过设计上的改变来打破这种人与人之间的距离。 Here we make the atrium a vertical forest through using exterior landscaping inside, combined with the building structure, to create a vertical sky garden arranged indifferent floors. By doing so, we are able to maximize the vertical space ofthe building. 在这里我们通过外景内用，通过将景观运用在住宅区域，结合建筑结构错落布置在不同楼层, 将中庭打造成一个垂直森林，令室内垂直空间运用最大化。 △ Atrium Photo | 中庭实景 The transparent glass sightseeing elevator will take you from the bottom of the lake to the top of the mountain to experience the feeling of being in thislandscape. Make everyone living here close the door to have a home, open thedoor to have a mountain. 透明玻璃轿厢观光电梯将带你从湖底到山顶多角度体验置身在这山水间的感受。让生活在这里的每个人关上门拥有一个家，打开门拥有一座山。 △ Atrium Photo | 中庭实景 On the first floor of the residential area, the original glass roof of the pedestrianis transformed into a glass waterscape. The refraction and reflection of water becomesubtler as the change of daylight, which not only does not affect the naturallight, but also naturally allows simple physical effects to block theinterference of the commercial area on the first and second floors of thebuilding. 在建筑住宅部分的首层将原先的上人玻璃顶改造成玻璃水景，水的折射与反射因为光线变换而呈现更微妙的形式，从而既不影响自然光线又巧妙的让简单的物理效应阻隔了一二层商业区域对楼上住宅的干扰。 Taking every three floors of standard floor as a micro ecological unit, self-servicewater bar and outdoor garden are set on the first floor as the sharing area ofthe ecological unit, providing convenience for the daily life of residents andimproving their life quality. 以每三层标准层作为一个微生态单元，在其首层设置自助水吧、室外花园作为该生态单元内的共享区域，为住户的日常生活提供便捷，提升品质。 △ Photo of Standard Floor | 标准层实景 Black marble and white tiles are used on the floor of the corridor area to distinguish the rest area from the corridor area naturally. The wall is decorated with metal plate, and the design of concealed light belt gives space moving line guidance. The side of floor also uses metal plate hidden light belt to echo the whole element. At the same time, the metal plate on the top surface adopts irregular triangle elements to echo the design theme. 过道区域地面运用黑色石材与白色瓷砖将休息区与走道区自然区分。墙体采用金属板装饰暗藏灯带的设计给予空间动线引导，楼板侧面的也用金属板暗藏灯带呼应整体元素，同时顶面的金属板采用不规律的三角形元素来呼应设计的主题。 △ Photo of 1st Floor | 首层实景 The wall of the elevator hall continues the theme color of black, white and gray. The black mirror stainless steel covers the elevator door and the closing port. A glass box is made between the neighboring elevators with the lighting set aroun. The interior pattern echoes the design elements of the lobby and corridors. 电梯厅墙面延续黑白灰的主题色，黑色镜面不锈钢包裹电梯门与收口，电梯与电梯之间做出一个一个玻璃盒子，四周设置灯光，内部图案呼应前厅及过道区的设计元素。 △ Photo of Standard Floor | 标准层实景 The standard floor still uses ancient wood texture and white ceramic tile to guide the functional zoning, and the white metal plate wall surface makes the space simple and uniform. The entrance door is decorated with black mirror stainless steel and metal wood decoration board, which is easy to identify. The primary and secondary relationship of the wall surface is clear. The black mirror lamp trough and white latex paint on the ceiling echo with the ancient wood texture and white ceramic tile on the ground. Based on this, we fully consider the common points and differences of these types of users in the residential needs when designing apartments. While meeting the requirements of multi-functional, intelligent, comfortable and environmental sustainability, we should design the corresponding apartment types according to different family structures. 根据项目高端租赁酒店式公寓的定位，结合周边商区写字楼、教育资源等分布情况，本项目的主要目标客户群包括：企业高管／精英白领／年轻家庭／老年夫妇。基于此，我们在设计公寓时应当充分考虑这几类用户在居住需求上的共同点及各自的差异，在满足多功能、智能、舒适、环保的同时，根据不同家庭结构进行相应的公寓房型设计。 The most amazing part is the future oriented high-tech mini apartment which is tailor-made for the growing number of single people—— 其中最具亮点的是设计师为日益庞大的单身一族量身打造的未来感黑科技公寓 Conclusion 结语 The open design with a sense of future reflects the livable and future atmosphere of Gold Sand City. The various forms of triangles and the simple and ingenious use of black, white and gray, the flowing lines match the light transmitted from the holes of various triangles to divide the space into different areas. The green plants in the atrium of the indoor garden are well distributed, and the lively private space is well divided while being close to the nature. The sparkling light shines through the top pool water, as if you are in the natural rain forest. In The black- white-gray tone with a strong sense of future, combined with the guidance of lighting and streamline, expresses our attitude towards the future living environment -- simple, comfortable, healthy and livable. 未来感的开放式设计体现了金沙城宜居、未来的氛围。将三角形的各种形式与黑白灰的简洁巧妙运用，流动的线条搭配从各式三角形孔洞中透射出的光线，将空间划分出不同区域，室内花园中庭层次分明的绿植分布，亲近自然的同时划分出富有生气的私人空间，透过顶上池水照射下波光粼粼的光线，仿佛置身自然雨林之中。极具未来感的黑白灰色调，搭配灯光与流线的引导，表达了我们对于未来居住环境的态度 —— 简洁、舒适、健康、宜居。 The project has won the "HERS DESIGN AWARD 2020 Outstanding Space Design Award"and was shortlisted for " HERS DESIGN AWARD Best Space Design Award 2020". 该项目已获得 “HAD她设计 2020年度优秀空间设计奖” 同时入围 “HAD她设计 2020年度最佳空间设计奖” 的角逐。 XY+Z DESIGN, committed to creating the most humanistic ecology for those who need space most.
