重庆“人工智能城”建筑设计方案——创意的公共绿色屋顶

中国科技公司Terminus集团公布了由Bjarke ingels集团为其位于中国重庆的未来总部设计的 "AI CITY"，该项目将致力于实现Terminus在人工智能（AIoT）、机器人、网络和大数据领域的愿望。

terminus group, a chinese technology firm, has unveiled a design by bjarke ingels group for its future headquarters in chongqing, china. named ‘AI CITY’, the development will be dedicated to terminus’ aspirations in the fields of artificial intelligence of things (AIoT), robotics, networking, and big data. the first phase of the hi-tech campus, dubbed ‘cloud valley’, takes inspiration from the region’s undulating landscape.

我们很高兴能将我们的经验带到重庆，并与Terminus共同打造人工智能城，这是高新区的一个地标性项目，将成为中国新的创新中心。AI CITY的设想是一个人、科技和自然共同繁荣的城市--这里有为各种生命设计的空间：人类生命、植物生命、动物生命甚至人工生命。

‘we have over the recent years worked with several of the world’s leading technology companies,’ says bjarke ingels, founder & creative director of BIG-bjarke ingels group. ‘we are thrilled to bring our experience to chongqing and together with terminus create AI CITY, the first landmark project in the hi-tech zone to become a new center of innovation for china. AI CITY is envisioned as a city where people, technology and nature thrive together — with spaces designed for all types of life: human life, plant life, animal life and even artificial life.’

该方案被构思为两个相邻的地块，相互模仿对方的对立面。作为一个引人注目的地标，“山”为一个受保护的庭院网络提供了庇护，这些庭院充满了诱人的公共功能。

隔壁的“山谷”为户外活动提供了中国Z大的公共绿色屋顶。在屋顶景观下，建筑向周围的公众开放，邀请游客进入这个新的社区。

the proposal is conceived as two adjacent plots that mimic each other’s opposites. appearing as a striking landmark, the ‘mountain’ gives shelter to a protected network of courtyards filled with inviting public functions. next door, the ‘valley’ offers the largest publicly accessible green rooftops in china for open-air events. below the roofscape, the building opens up to the surrounding public to invite visitors into this new neighborhood.

AI CITY希望为终端和世界领先的科技公司提供一个地方，推动人工智能和机器人的未来，并为新的可持续发展奠定基础。

该设计消除了自然和建筑之间的障碍，创造了一个多孔的城市肌理。这个景观由大量的绿色庭院组成，将被规划用来举办特定的公共活动。与此同时，体育赛事、艺术展览和产品博览会将在建筑之间的科技园举办。

AI CITY seeks to provide terminus, and the world’s leading tech companies, with a place to advance the future of artificial intelligence and robotics, and build the foundations of a new sustainable development. the design removes barriers between nature and architecture to create a porous urban fabric. this landscape is populated with generous green courtyards, which will be programmed to host specific public activities. meanwhile, sports events, art exhibitions, and product fairs will be hosted in the technological park spread between the buildings.

该项目背后的团队补充说，人类和人工智能之间的障碍也将被消除。新创建的空间，包括人工智能展览画廊、市场和咖啡馆，将与致力于未来技术发展的专业人员在同一屋檐下工作。

此外，交通策略侧重于灵活过渡，以未来的发展重新平衡自然。因此，电动自行车、机器人车辆和自动驾驶汽车将贯穿整个开发过程。

the team behind the project adds that the barriers between human and artificial intelligence will also be removed. newly created spaces including AI exhibition galleries, markets, and cafés will be found under the same roof as professionals working on the development of future technologies. in addition, the traffic strategy focuses on a flexible transition towards a future re-balance of nature with development. consequently, e-bikes, robotic vehicles, and self driving cars will feature throughout the development.

BIG表示，屋顶景观是该项目最重要的组成部分之一。在一个例子中，树冠下降到中央庭院，提供了通往郁郁葱葱的花园的通道。在其他地方，屋顶在两个角落提升，创造了从内部进入的通道。

屋顶景观也允许丰富的自然与办公室项目共存，鼓励人类、自然、气候和技术之间的更密切的关系。到了晚上，绿色屋顶变成了中国最大的数字显示器。

BIG says that the roofscape is one of the project’s most important components. in one instance, the canopy descends to the central courtyard, providing access to the lush garden. elsewhere, the roof lifts in two corners to create entryways from the inside. the roofscape also allows for an abundance of nature to co-exist with the office programs, encouraging a closer relationship among humans, nature, climate, and technology. at night, the green roof turns into the largest digital display in china.
